Welcome to the BodyMED Shoulder Rehabilitation program. Follow the outlined exercise program and track the workouts completed day by day in the table below. You must stay determined and complete the required number of reps (number of repetitions to be completed for each exercise) and sets (number of times to complete each workout) for each exercise to ensure maximum benefits.
The table below is an outline of the first series of exercises to be completed 4 – 5 times a week. Track which days you have completed the workout on the supplied table. Simply check off each day you have completed the program.
