Some placements included; Humber Varsity athletes, the Toronto Marlies, and the Canadian Men’s Rugby team, specializing in sports massage and active release. She participated in the varsity athletic program, playing on Humber’s women’s rugby team for 3 years. She believes that her personal experience in organized sports growing up advanced her knowledge and understanding of injury associated pains, which helps her better relate to the sports injuries and dysfunction of her clientele. Stephanie has treated a diverse group of people, with a wide range of ages and impairments, and is comfortable treating all clientelle. She is a strong advocate for her client’s well-being and promotes a better quality of life.
Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I'm passionate about peoples health care and improving their life style in any way they need
What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?
Pre and post-natal massage, sports massage, desk workers.
What are you proud of in your practice?
Being able to help people with their soft tissue issues and provide excellent recommendations for maintenance of healthy tissue articulation, and proper form with everyday tasks, even to working out at the gym or on pitch or rink. I am very proud of when my clients come back to me and tell me how much I have helped them understand and prevent muscle injury and strain.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
Everything, from baby massages to the aging population, to the professional and semi-professional athletes.
