Weight loss Program
At BodyMED, we believe that the journey towards successful and sustainable weight loss is not only dependent on healthy eating and exercise, but is also attributed to a combination of underlying factors including metabolism, hormone balance, body type, lifestyle choices, emotional health, genetics, and the overall health and function of an individual’s organ systems.
Our program is safe, effective and educational. Through one-on-one consultations, we offer personalized natural solutions tailored to your specific body composition. You will be empowered with the knowledge and tools to reach your health goals, overcome any challenges, and achieve long-term success.
We will utilize a strategic combination of:
- Supplemental nutrients
- Herbal medicines
- Body & Ear acupuncture
- Exercise & Relaxation techniques
The program consists of 10 sessions:
- 8 week program – 2 visits a week for the first (2) weeks followed by 1 visit a week for the remainder of the program
- 1 x Initial consultation – Required for new patients
- Program boosts metabolism and reduces cravings/stress
- YogaMED exercise sessions – One-on-one yoga lessons can be scheduled with our certified yoga instructor to learn specific exercises to enhance fat loss and build / maintain muscle mass.
- Registered massage therapy – Massage therapy sessions can be scheduled throughout the program to promote relaxation and recovery.
These additional services can be requested at any time, at an additional cost.
