The Program Consists Of: (4-Week Program)
- Initial consultation
- Treatment is scheduled once a week
- YogaMED exercise sessions – One-on-one yoga lessons can be scheduled with our certified yoga instructor to learn specific techniques to promote relaxation and learn stress relieving exercises.
- Registered massage therapy – Massage therapy sessions can be scheduled throughout the program to offer stress relief
